BackTrack with GNOME GnackTrack is a Live CD (and installable) Linux distibution designed for Penetration Testing and is based on Ubuntu. Although this sounds like BackTrack, it's most certainly not; it's very similar but based on the much loved GNOME! What's New in This Release: · After a little bit of work over the weekend I have now released GnackTrack beta1. I have fixed the annoying address location entry field in nautilus. I hated the way the navigation was with buttons, I like to type the directory I want to goto! I have added a list of apps to the Gnome Mene, this includes services so it's easier to start and stop them. I haven't had a huge amount of time to perform testing so if anyone is available to look into this for me I would be very appreciative.
