Raspberry Digital Signage Description
Raspberry Digital Signage is an open source Linux-based operating system designed for digital signage installations on the Raspberry Pi hardware. It was tested with Raspberry Pi model B (512MB of RAM) microcomputer, with both multimedia view (video player and image slideshow) and web view (HTML and HTML5 pages display). The web view has three different possible sub-views: the Mozilla Firefox experience, the Chromium experience and the Midori experience. Raspberry Digital Signage is a port of Instant WebKiosk/Easy Digital Signage for PCs, and it is engineered to run in full-screen mode (there is no way to escape this view but rebooting the Raspberry Pi).
