Xubuntu is an open source, free and full-featured Live Linux distribution based on the world's most popular free operating system, Ubuntu Linux, and using the lightweight, GTK-based and practical Xfce desktop environment. With Xubuntu you can get started right away, as the system is designed in such a way that it installs very quick, and does not force users to install additional software for common day-to-day tasks.
