OSS/3D provides a DSP engine to manipulate the sound in many different ways.In short, OSS/3D provides the capabilities of QSound and Spatializer and provides additional functionality like Speaker correction and Virtual Subwoofers. OSS/3D can greatly improve MP3s, RealAudio, CD Audio, Ogg and pretty much anything that is played via XMMS.Requirements:· XMMSInstallation:1. Read LICENSE file2. Run xminstall.sh3. Run XMMS4. If you are using commercial version (as opposite to DEMO), a dialog box will appear, where you should enter your registration data. 5. Go to Properties->Effects/General_Plugins and choose "OSS/3D" from dropdown box.6. Mark "Use plugins" checkbox. 7. Press "Config" button to configure OSS/3D (If you skip this step, then the surround would be enabled and turned to default settings)Now you can enjoy with your favorite music.
