Free and open source fork of Hyriand's Soulseek PyGTK2 client, Nicotine Nicotine+ is a fork of Hyriand's Soulseek PyGTK2 client, Nicotine. Fixing bugs, adding new features, and keeping up-to-date with Soulseek's protocol is the goal of this project.Nicotine+ is an attempt to kill bugs, keep Nicotine working with the latest libraries, add some new features that users want and/or need and keep current with the Soulseek protocol.Soulseek a Server-Based PeerToPeerNetwork, which means that to find other people and their files, you need to be connected to the server.The Server is a special program that runs on a dedicated box at slsknet.org or, if you're connecting to a Soulfind server, at some other host.
