Simple, cross platform, object-oriented, file watcher and notifier SimpleFileWatcher is an open source C++ wrapper for OS file monitoring systems. Currently SimpleFileWatcher uses Win32 ReadDirectoryChangesW for monitoring changes in Windows, and inotify in Linux. Mac OS X is supported via kqueue and directory scans.
