LaTeXlet Description

Framework for implementing models of biological objects BioLabs is a project that includes a framework for implementing computational models of biological objects and a platform for performing virtual experiments with them.The goal of the BioLabs project is to provide a full-fledged tool that can help its users with various aspects of virtual experimentation. LaTeXlet is a part of the project that can be used for embedding LaTeX formulas into Javadoc.In other words, LaTeXlet can be used, on one hand, to speed up the development of the new computational models of biological phenomena and, on the other hand, to ease the experimentation with implemented models.Moreover, in order to help with the experimentation, BioLabs provide user-friendly tools to create, run, visualize and analyze virtual experiments.
