We want you (University of Michigan faculty and staff) to JOIN THE MOVEMENT! Sign up for Active U and use this app to easily track your time as you workout. Active U is a physical activity program specifically for the University of Michigan. The Active U app has an elegant activity timer so you can track your time as you workout – because every minute counts! It also makes it easy for you to email your team. And it makes it super simple to share your badges on facebook and twitter or using text messages. In short, it helps you get ActiveU, as you’re getting active! Please note, this app is specifically for use by U-M Active U participants.
