This novel application utilizes the current results from recent sentinel studies (The Ocular Hypertension Treatment Study and The Early Treatment Glaucoma Study) to help direct the eye care provider in practicing evidence-based medicine whenever and wherever possible. P.R.E.D.I.C.T. was designed to be both easily accessible and accurate in its predictive capabilities for our patients while at the same time have the ability to incorporate future research results.
