3 Body Simulation Description
3 Body Simulation is a lightweight application that was designed in order to provide you with a simple means of calculating several parameters of three bodies. At first, the initial conditions have to be specified. These are the masses of the bodies, their positions in X and Y coordinates ("X Posn" and "Y Posn") and their initial velocities in X and Y components ("X Vel" and "Y Vel"). This is done by filling the fields in the "Particle parameters" box. Beware that the code will not work for a body of mass 0 or of negative mass. If you give all three bodies the same initial velocity, i.e. the system is in translation, this will not appear and it will not affect the simulation. The only things that matter are the relative positions and velocities.
