Allok OGG MP3 Converter is a simple-to-use program that enables you to change the format of audio tracks into other formats, namely MP3, WAV, OGG, WMA and MP2. The interface of the application is easy to work with. Audio tracks can be added to the list by using either the file browser or folder tree ("drag and drop" not supported). It is possible to process multiple files at once. In the file queue you can view the source path, duration, size and status of each sound file. After you specify the destination folder and output profile, you can start the encoding task. But you can also change audio settings when it comes to the sample rate, channel mode, bit rate and quality, as well as edit ID3 tags, preview tracks in a built-in audio player and set a file renaming rule. The audio conversion software uses a moderate amount of system sources and finishes a task in a short time without freezing, crashing or displaying errors. We haven't come across any issues during our tests. Its response time is good and Allok OGG MP3 Converter includes a step-by-step guide for novices. On the other hand, the interface needs some improvements and you cannot change program settings (e.g. enable it to automatically turn off the computer after encoding or to minimize to the system tray, allow multiple instances).
