CueMaker Description

CueMaker is a simple-to-use command-line utility that enables you to create CDDA CUE sheets using information from ripped CDDA tracks. It comes packed with several types of settings that can be easily made by users. No installation requiredSince this is a command-line application, there is no setup pack involved. It is only necessary to save the program files to any part of the hard disk and just click the executable to run, as well as move a copy of the app to a removable storage unit (like a USB flash drive), in order to launch it on any PC with minimum effort and no previous installers. An important aspect worth taking into account is that the Windows registry and Start menu do not get updated with new entries, and no extra files are created on the disk, thus leaving no traces behind after removal. Clear-cut commandsThe naming scheme option can use the performer, album title, track number and title, along with data suppression expressions, in order to generate the CUE sheets. What's more, you can add a 2-second pre-gap to every track on the CD. Evaluation and conclusionWe have not come across any issues in our tests, since CueMaker did not hang, crash or pop up error messages. It has a good response time to commands and runs on low CPU and RAM, so it does not put a strain on computer performance. We must also take into account that the app has not been updated for a long time, and it is likely to have compatibility issues with some types of operating systems.
