DocMANAGER Description

'DocManager' is a flexible and extensible three level document management VBA Add-In. The first level contains the main index groups, displayed as radio buttons (a maximum of 8 allowed). The second level contains an unlimited number of sub-category documents groups displayed in a list box. The third level contains descriptions and document names (in brackets at the end) of the actual documents in each sub-category displayed in a list box. Once a document (*.doc, *.xml, *.htm,*.txt, etc.) is selected it can be opened, inserted or previewed Using advanced dynamic data structures, the performance of large Document Structures is instantaneous using a Dell Precision 340 workstation , which is considered to be a base Office workstation configuration. Using the 'DocManager Editor', accessed from the 'Edit' button on the main 'DocManager' window, complex document structures can be created and later edited.
