Fx Frame Capture Description

Fx Frame Capture is a lightweight and simple-to-use program that allows you to capture frames from videos. It supports several file types, including VOB, MPG, DIV and VOB. The interface of the application is based on a standard window where you can load a video by using only the file browser, since the 'drag and drop' method is not supported. Unfortunately, you cannot import multiple videos at the same time. So, you can preview the respective video in a small, built-in frame, and use a slider to navigate back and forth, in order to take a snapshot. Additionally, you can write text to be embedded, as well as specify its alignment, font name, size, style and color. Furthermore, you can enable a drop shadow, as well as view audio and video properties regarding the size, codec, format, frequency, length, sample size, color depth, and other aspects of the video. The simple-to-use software application runs on a low-to-moderate amount of CPU and system memory, and has a good response time. No errors have occurred during our evaluation and Fx Frame Capture did not freeze or crash. On the downside, the app needs some major improvements.
