GSim Description
GSim was developed as a full-featured, powerful and open source visualization and processing tool for (solid-state) NMR data. GSim is a handy software used to view and process experimental and simulated nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectra. Main features: Easy visual overlapping of 1D or even 2D spectra Zooming/shifting/etc. by simple mouse drag. "One-click" full processing from a predefined processing list Fourier transformation in one and two dimensions (using TPPI or STATES for indirect dimension). Resizing, shearing, cyclic shift etc. Phasing, gaussian and exponential apodizations Spectrum editing (summation, scalings) Deconvolution (peak fitting) Estimation of the linewidth and integration Peak peaking Easy (copy-paste) export of data to external applications as MS Excel or Origin. Other conventional (and not only conventional) NMR functions.
