Nunavik Inuktitut Syllabics support for Windows Description

Inuktitut is the language of the Inuit (Eskimo) people who live in the circumpolar regions of the world. In the Canadian eastern Arctic, a syllabic writing system is used to write Inuktitut. This package includes font and keyboard support specifically designed for the needs of the Nunavik region of northern Quebec, in both 8 bit and Unicode versions. What's new in this version: Improved keyboard functionality for Windows 2000/XP. The left Alt key now works like the right Alt (AltGr) key. All Windows 2000/XP keyboard layouts are now functionally identical to the Macintosh.
