Time2Frames Description

The Time2Frames application was designed to be used with Locutus's MicroDVD, and it takes away the need to use VobSnoopy to automatically get the starting frame for each of the chapters. Please note that allthough I say that this program is for use with MicroDVD, that does not mean the author of MicroDVD (Locutus) has made this an official "MicroDVD-accessory" or anything.
