Since the true business version is web based, it comes with the biggest advantage that you do not need resources heavy clients but clients that are capable of running just the web browsers. The interface is simple and the controls are grouped into MyArea, Tasks, projects, Timesheet, Expense and reports. As managers you would be able to get a consolidated view of work done, bug and issue tracking, employee attendance, etc. For all the events you get email alerts so that you can be on top of all the issues. Paid/unpaid hours as well as expenses are captured. Billing rates can be different depending on the employee and his skills.
