Lock Keys is a small-sized and portable piece of software that indicates whether the Num Lock, Caps Lock or Scroll Lock keys are pressed or not. It does not comprise complicated options or configuration parameters, making it accessible to all types of users, even the ones with little or no experience in software applications. Portable perks Since there is no setup pack involved, you can put the program files in any part of the hard disk and just click the executable to run. Another possibility is to save a copy of Lock Keys to a USB flash disk or similar mass storage device, to be able to run it on any PC effortlessly and without previously installing anything. We have not come across any kind of problems throughout our evaluation, since the tool did not hang, crash or display error messages. In conclusion On the other hand, Lock Keys has limited features. For instance, it does not trigger sounds or pop up a balloon when the keys are activated or deactivated. Other than that, it can be handled by all types of users, regardless of their skill level.
