Supported file formatsPicture Convert to Hex II works with a total of three file formats, namely JPG, BMP, and GIF. By default, the utility saves the processed photos to the same directories as the original images. Editing featuresThis is a simple-to-use application that doesn’t come packed with many configuration settings. It enables users to insert HEX or BIN information into the selected image or add their own text messages. Furthermore, you are allowed to pick the color quality, select the background color (black or white), and make a list with colors to be ignored during the process. Where it falls short On the downside, the program doesn’t offer support for batch processing, which means you cannot upload multiple files to the list and process them at the same time.
