TextPlanner - Scheduler for the blind English Description

TextPlanner is a multiuser scheduling program for the blind and visually impaired. Personal information management and calendaring are presented in an easy-to-use and yet powerfull software. TextPlanner was developed with the blind user in mind. Dialogs are optimized for screenreader and braille device output. The program's text interface offers many special functions which can be called with a single button. Displaying the contents of the status bar or a list with available shortcuts, are just a few examples. Features: With TextPlanner you will be able to manage your appointments and those of your colleaugues. All appointments, personal settings and security information will be saved in one database. This database can (but does not necessarily need to) be installed on a network server (SMTP Server software). You will be able to get an overview of your colleaugue's availability at a certain time of the day. Appointments can be entered with an alarm function which will be fired at a given time. Security: TextPlanner offers well designed security options. You can hide your appointments for other users by marking them as "private". Nobody, except yourself will be able to browse your private appointments. You also can save an additional private text with your public appointments. The public text could contain the information which is of interest to your colleagues. The private text could contain details of the appointment (Crack DRM of WMA files) which is important to you only. Every user has to log on to the main database. This gives access to all personal data and settings. Depending on your security level, you will be able to view and/or edit your colleague's appointments or to perform user management tasks. This version is an international version in English offering German as a second language.
