proper Description

proper was designed using the Python programming language as an accessible and handy Command-Line instrument that allows you to calculate error propagation. The program is also able to generate the error formulas and apply them to the data. As there is no setup available for proper at this time, all you have to do is extract and run the program inside it's folder after you've installed Python. Further information of how you can run the program can be found in the instructions.txt file. Main features: Intuitive and human-readable format Error formulas output in latex Flexible format compatible with .csv files so you can now import/export from Excel (better support to come)
